Registration Information
To be eligible for 2025-2026, children should be three on/before September 1, 2025, but not yet old enough for kindergarten. Parent/Legal guardian must be present. Bring as much of the following documentation as possible:
- Certified birth certificate or hospital birth certificate, or medical card
- Proof of income for the last 12 months
- Child's most recent health information (physical, TB test, blood lead test, immunizations, hemoglobin/hematocrit screening, dental exam)
