Registration Information

To be eligible for 2023-2024, children should be three on/before September 1, 2023 but not yet old enough for kindergarten. Parent/Legal guardian must be present. Bring as much of the following documentation as possible:

• Certified birth certificate or hospital birth certificate or medical card
• Proof of income for last 12 months
• Child's most recent health information (physical, TB test, blood lead test, immunizations, hemoglobin/hematocrit screening, dental exam)
